This week we talk Nappa Cabbage! Napa or napa cabbage is a type of Chinese cabbage originating near the Beijing region of China and is widely used in East Asian cuisine.

Like all recipes, it’s easy to follow but will give your friends the impression that you’re a professional chef.

Nappa Cabbage with Lemon & Ginger

  • 1 head Chinese Cabbage (4 cups sliced)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper seeded & chopped
  • 1 Scallion sliced
  • Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Peanuts to taste

Toss all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and serve at once.
