cheap lazy vegan recipe avocado

Time for some cheap lazy vegan recipes! A brand new series here on Yard Couch that we will continue to update over the next few weeks.

This week we’re talking “Romaine with Avocado, Mango & Ginger Vinaigrette.” It’s one of the simplest recipes I know and only requires a few ingredients.

Did you know? “The avocado, a tree likely originating from south-central Mexico, is classified as a member of the flowering plant family Lauraceae. The fruit of the plant, also called an avocado, is botanically a large berry containing a single large seed.”

“I hold that the more helpless a creature, the more entitled it is to protection by man from the cruelty of man” -Ghandi
